Ghana boasts of many prominent people and children are not left out of it. The country is filled with young and old people that have helped in the development of the country with their unique skills and talents. Here are some child celebrities that have made headlines in the country and beyond.

DJ Switch

Erica Tandoh, popularly known as DJ Switch, gained international fame for her impressive DJ skills at a young age. She won the 2017 edition of TV3’s Talented Kidz competition in Ghana and has since performed on various platforms both locally and internationally, including at the Goalkeepers 2018 event hosted by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Abraham Attah

Abraham Attah gained international acclaim for his debut role as Agu in the 2015 film “Beasts of No Nation.” He was discovered by director Cary Fukunaga while playing football in his hometown of Accra, Ghana. Attah’s performance in the film earned him several awards and nominations, including the Marcello Mastroianni Award for Best Young Actor at the Venice Film Festival.

Maame Serwaa

Tutulapato
